Add extensive landscaping to Galway Circle.

Abandoned
Description: 

Project abandoned because of:

  • Cost and complexity.
  • Preference of nearby neighbors to maintain exisitng landscape.
  • Serious questions about ability to properly maintain with volunteer labor.
  • Concern about impact to mature trees.
