Directory questionnaire

Lake Park Estates Neighborhood Association is building a neighborhood directory. Please fill out all the fields you are comfortable sharing below.

We are also collecting information for pet watch and volunteers in patrol. That information will not be printed in the neighborhood directory.

First occupant of your house

We are collecting information separately for both household occupants. The below fields are for the first occupant.

LPENA would like to have a section of the LPENA web site that shows what services neighbors can offers others. The intent is to encourage neighbors to hire locally! If you select "yes," your name, email, and "resources you can offer others" will appear on the LPENA web site.

Announcements are generally limited to official LPENA business and information of broad interest to the neighborhood. This is a low traffic list, and all neighbors are encouraged to be on it.

This is the "anyone can post here" list. It's open to almost any topic, although peer pressure keeps things civil.

The recipe club is a group of Lake Park Estates women who use recipe sharing as an excuse to get together monthly for meals and tasty beverages.

Second occupant of your house

Now here's where the information goes for the second household occupant. If you have more than two occupants, besides children, and you want their information in this directory, please see the last field on this page.

Some other neighborhoods print this information to help parents find other children the same age as their own. This information is optional and will only go in the printed directory.

Pet watch

Pet watch information will not be printed in the directory or put on the web site. It is to help LPENA's Pet Watch Coordinator help us return lost pets.

Pet 1

Include anything that helps us identify your pet. At least give the gender, color, and size.

Pet 2

Include anything that helps us identify your pet. At least give the gender, color, and size.

Pet 3

Include anything that helps us identify your pet. At least give the gender, color, and size.

Volunteers In Patrol

Volunteers In Patrol information will not be printed in the directory or put on the web site.

The following optional information will help LPENA Volunteers In Patrol (VIP) discern suspicious vehicles. This has worked well for other neighborhoods.

VIP participants are neighborhood residents who have had a background check and completed a Dallas Police VIP training program.

This information is desired for the sole purpose of increasing neighborhood safety.

Vehicle 1
Vehicle 2
Vehicle 3

Sometimes VIP patrollers or other residents will spot emergencies when you're not home, like fires, water leaks, or break ins. How should we contact you when you're not home? (It's OK to instruct us to use information you previously entered.)

Anything else we should know?
