Aren met policeman willing to patrol neighborhood, passed name along to Rory
Need to look into cost, where money goes (assoc, officer, who?)
Beautification:
Galway Circle – need to get forms in now to plant by October. Krista proposing doing path and earth berms as opposed to original wall idea. Board supports idea to do berms, plan to submit to MOWmentum up to Krista.
Waterford Circle: Jose Cabrera to give estimate on mowing
Traffic:
Buckner/Garland – Aren planning to get w/ city to help problem cut through traffic
Gary suggests no right turns 7-9am
Membership Drive: $1650 in dues deposited
Account change to LPENA, Inc. checking account
Gary and Aren only signatures authorized
1108 Buckner under contract – don’t know who has made offer
White Rock Lake meeting on activating foundation to benefit development for park. White Rock Lake Task Force to take on creating foundation to propose for bonds. Aren would like to get neighbor to join Task Force.

Richard proposes to do July 4th parade in neighborhood.
Aren going to talk to neighbor about having picnic in yard. Start at Galway Circle, end at Waterford Circle. Donate train? LPENA supplies grills, everyone bring own food. Party Permit needed.
Aren checking w/ city to check on bond status for creek behind Galway houses.
