Meeting called to order 7:41pm

Neighborhood Survey:
Send summation to neighborhood with answers to questions and let people know what LPENA does (not just parties).
Tour with Sheffie:
Code enforcement officers, policeman toured OLH, Eastwood, LPE, Peavy businesses, houses on creek, house at Buckner/Athlone that we don't want to change to commercial. Promises to follow up on service requests and code enforcement.
Membership Campaign:
Late March. Each board talks to 10 people to join LPENA. Include flyer listing benefits of membership.
Directory of neighborhood.
Crime watch will pick up mail, etc. for out of town neighbors. Rory will put box at house with info.
Nominations Committee:
Nancy Daniels and Will White committed to be on nominations committee. Slate ready by late March.
501(c)(4) Status: approved
New Beautification Committee and Galway Circle:
Jennifer Lavendar appointed to committee.
Will suggested committee leaders should be more accountable at board meetings.
Cameras/ Neighborhood data network committee:
