Events

• Movie night went well. Giving the “Movie People Set Up Crew” a break before scheduling the next one.
• May Block Party: Saturday, May 9^th . Looking for new person to head up lead.
• January Neighborhood Meeting: Declare January 29^th as meeting date. Doctors’ Conference Room, #206. Mark will lead since Aren and wife are expecting.

Projects

• VIP: We have one volunteer who can help for a while but still looking for someone to take lead.
• Cameras: Discuss at next meeting
• Waterford Circle: The 7^th of February is the removal date for plants and vegetation currently there. February 21^st is planting day at 9:00 AM. Ann Allen is trying to arrange a crew to help.
  • People can take plants that are currently there if they wish
  • $1,000.00 has been allotted for this project
  • Discussed possible Advocate recognition of main organizers/helpers
• Neighborhood Directory: Cheryl P. is heading up that at the moment. (Members Only in the directory and to have access).

Administration

• Nominations Committee: Cheryl Perier so far and we would like to see a few more to round it out.
• Membership Drive: March. (President and Treasurer to meet).

Treasurer

• Membership: $30.00 per year
• Treasury: Attached print out handed out to Board Members
  • Possibly put on website at some point in near future.
  • Lovers Pizza Payment: Tried several times. May try to rekindle during another event.
