Holiday Lights Recap:
Well done, included honorable mention this year. $25 Home Depot for 3 winners. Home Depot will not give gift cards anymore, would rather donate materials. Invite new people to judge contest next year-to help include new neighbors to participate.
Beautification Committee / Galway Circle:
Jennifer Lavendar is excited to be on the beautifcation committee and take leadership role for Galway Circle. Aren proposes we appoint Jennifer Lavendar as beautification committee chairman and keep Krista as lead on Galway Circle. Suggested Committee members, Molly McCracken, Anne Allen, Richard Fleming. Jennifer seconds motion, new committee membership passes unanimously.
Cameras/neighborhood data network committee: no progress
Jan. 24 General meeting: Richard to sign up for room at Doctors and get them to provide refreshments.
Aren to call Mark Hoesterey to line up speaker from White Rock Conservancy.
Garland/Buckner-related traffic:
Message to Kerry Elder (run traffic council on Galway, etc.)

Nominations Committee: No volunteers to run committee. Aren will try to find people.
Crime watch report: 7 theft of vehicles in last month.
Treasurer report:
Very little activity in last 3 months. Split dinner with 2 HOAs.
Gary recommends membership drive for March/April.
